一、个人简介
刘怀鹏，汉族，1985年生，陕西榆林人。从事遥感图像解译、“3S”技术应用等教学工作，主要研究方向为林业遥感、“3S”技术与资源监测评价。主持洛阳师范学院国家级项目培育基金1项。在国内外学术期刊发表论文10余篇。

1.2006.08-2010.06，内蒙古农业大学林学院，获农学学士学位；
2.2010.09-2013.06，内蒙古农业大学林学院，获农学硕士学位；
3.2013.09-2016.06，内蒙古农业大学林学院，获农学博士学位；
4.2017.03-至今，洛阳师范学院国土与旅游学院，讲师。
