师资队伍
柴树茂,男,博士/讲师,研究方向为食品生物活性酶的挖掘与改造、天然产物的生物合成。近年来,以第一作者在Applied Microbiology and Biotechnology、Carbohydrate research、Biochemical and Biophysical Research Communications和Experimental and Therapeutic Medicine上发表SCI论文4篇。主持省部级项目1项。
