Sergei Chagovets，洛阳师范学院物理与电子学院交换讲师。自 2024 年 2 月起，受聘参与白俄罗斯国立信息与无线电大学与洛阳师范学院通信工程专业合作办学项目教学工作。2023 年获河南大学自然地理学博士学位，2013 年获南方联邦大学物理学硕士学位。
在洛阳师范学院，Sergei博士主讲数字电子技术、微机原理与接口技术、信息论与编码、通信电子线路、数字与微处理器器件等课程。他的科研方向为纳米材料与半导体材料合成、X 射线衍射分析以及土壤科学先进物理研究方法。在教学过程中，他注重引导学生主动参与课堂，强化知识实践应用，着力培养学生批判性思维。
Sergei博士致力于营造互助且富有学术活力的学习氛围，鼓励学生提升编程能力、探索创新思路，打通理论知识与工程实践之间的壁垒。他乐于为学生提供学业指导，并帮助学生提升英语能力。
Sergei Chagovets serves as an exchange lecturer at Luoyang Normal University, Department of Physics and Electronics, having commenced his appointment in February 2024 within the framework of the joint educational program in Communication Engineering conducted by the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics (BSUIR) and Luoyang Normal University (LYNU). He holds a Ph.D. in Physical Geography from Henan University (2023) and an M.A. in Physics from Southern Federal University (2013).
At Luoyang Normal University, Dr. Chagovets delivers instruction in the following disciplines: Digital Electronic Technology, Microcomputer Principles and Interface Technology, Information Theory and Coding, Communication Electronic Circuits, and Digital and Microprocessor Devices. His scholarly interests encompass the synthesis of nanomaterials and semiconductor materials, XRD analysis, and advanced physical methods in soil science. In his pedagogical practice, he places particular emphasis on active student engagement, the practical application of acquired skills, and the development of critical thinking.
