Madina Mukhametova，白俄罗斯资深高校教师，拥有 18 年语言学教学经验，现任白俄罗斯国立信息与无线电大学与中国洛阳师范学院通信工程专业合作办学项目负责人。
Madina毕业于俄罗斯罗斯托夫市南方联邦大学，获语言学学士、硕士学位。在 18 年学术职业生涯中，她先后任职南方联邦大学高级教师，现为白俄罗斯国立信息与无线电大学派驻洛阳师范学院代表，负责国际合作办学项目。目前面向本、硕及研究生开设专业英语、学术交流、英语演讲与报告课程。
作为成果丰硕的学者，Madina著有 13 部教学研究文献、1 部专著，在同行评审期刊发表论文 25 余篇。
研究方向为心理语言学、语言与非语言交际、内部言语与心理认知过程、作为交际要素的沉默现象以及言语操控。
她母语为俄语，英语达到 C2（最高级）流利水平，能够高效推进国际项目，有力推动跨文化学术交流建设。
Madina Mukhametova, a highly experienced university educator from Belarus with 18 years of teaching experience in Philology, currently serves as the head responsible for the implementation of the joint academic program in Communication Engineering between the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics (BSUIR) and Luoyang Normal University (China).
Ms. Mukhametova holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Philology from Southern Federal University (Rostov-on-Don, Russia). Over the course of her 18-year academic career, she has progressed from a senior teacher at Southern Federal University to an official representative of the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics (BSUIR) at Luoyang Normal University, where she remains responsible for joint international educational programs. At present, she delivers instruction in Professional English, Scientific Communication, and English for Public Speech and Making Presentations to undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate students.
As an accomplished scholar, Ms. Mukhametova is the author of 13 methodological publications, one monograph, and more than 25 articles in peer-reviewed journals. Her research interests focus on psycholinguistics, verbal and non-verbal communication, inner speech and mental processes, silence as a communicative component, and speech manipulation.
She is a native Russian speaker and is fluent in English at the C2 (advanced) level, which enables her to effectively implement international projects and contribute significantly to the development of intercultural academic communication.
