Roman Kochnev，2026—2027 学年交换讲师，现于洛阳师范学院物理与电子学院任教，承担白俄罗斯国立信息与无线电大学与洛阳师范学院通信工程专业合作办学项目教学工作。他拥有俄罗斯下诺夫哥罗德州罗巴切夫斯基国立大学工商管理理学学士学位，以及奥地利约翰开普勒大学统计学理学硕士学位。
其研究专长为统计推断、数据科学、计算方法、机器学习与元分析。他熟练掌握三门语言，具备扎实的统计学学术功底，熟悉技术方案的实际应用，并且对多元地域文化抱有浓厚兴趣，能够以独特视角开展课程教学。
Roman拥有丰富教学经验，主讲多门课程，承担理论授课、实践教学及实验指导工作，课程包括：信息通信网络与技术、通信工程导论、移动通信网络、微电子学、通信原理、通信网络基础、机器学习与人工智能。其教学注重夯实理论基础，同时强调实操应用，帮助学生掌握基础理论与前沿技术。
目前，他在两校合作办学项目中讲授《信息通信网络与技术》《移动通信网络》《通信工程导论》课程。

Roman Kochnev is an exchange lecturer currently teaching at Luoyang Normal University in the Department of Physics and Electronics for the 2026–2027 academic year, within the framework of the joint educational program in Communication Engineering conducted by the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics (BSUIR) and Luoyang Normal University (LYNU). He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Lobachevsky State University of Nizhni Novgorod and a Master of Science in Statistics from Johannes Kepler University, Austria.
His research expertise lies in statistical inference, data science, computational methods, machine learning, and meta-analysis. Fluent in three languages, with a strong academic background in statistics, an understanding of real-life applications of technical solutions, and a deep passion for the culture of different lands, he offers a unique perspective and delivery of the subjects taught.
Roman Kochnev has extensive teaching experience, delivering lectures, practical classes, and laboratory sessions across a wide range of disciplines, including Infocommunication Networks & Technologies; Introduction to Communication Engineering; Mobile Communication Networks; Microelectronics; Principles of Telecommunications; Fundamentals of Communication Networks; and Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI). His teaching approach bridges rigorous theoretical foundations with practical, hands-on applications, enabling students to master both fundamental concepts and cutting-edge technologies.
Currently he teaches Information Communication Networks & Technologies, Mobile Communication Network and Introduction to Communication Engineering within the joint educational program between BSUIR and LYNU.
