Aliaksandr Kashkin，白俄罗斯共和国明斯克市持证专业人员。毕业于白俄罗斯国立信息与无线电大学，获无线电工程硕士学位，研究方向包含无线电导航、雷达及电视相关系统与设备；2012 年于该校取得无线电电子系统专业专家文凭。
2012 年至今，任职于白俄罗斯国立信息与无线电大学无线电工程系，担任高级讲师。主讲课程包括电磁兼容与电子对抗、数字器件电路设计、模拟电路设计、算法基础与 C++ 程序设计、面向对象程序设计，承担课程理论授课、实践教学及实验指导工作。
2026—2027 学年，受聘为洛阳师范学院物理与电子信息学院交换讲师。

Aliaksandr Kashkin is a certified specialist from Minsk, Republic of Belarus. He obtained a Master's degree in Radio Engineering, including systems and devices for radio navigation, radar, and television, at the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics (BSUIR). He also holds a Specialist Diploma in Radio Electronic Systems from the same university (2012).
From 2012 to the present, he has been a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Radio Engineering at BSUIR. His teaching portfolio includes conducting lectures, practical classes, and laboratory sessions in the following courses: Electromagnetic Compatibility and Electronic Warfare; Digital Device Circuit Design; Analog Circuit Design; Fundamentals of Algorithmization and Programming (C++); and Object-Oriented Programming.
Currently, he is an exchange lecturer at Luoyang Normal University, Department of Physics and Electronics, for the 2026–2027 academic year.
His professional skills include proficiency in software and technical tools such as MATLAB, Mathcad, Python, and C++, as well as maintenance and technical support, and reading and interpretation of electrical schematics.
Currently, the range of his scientific and professional interests extends into the fields of machine learning, artificial intelligence, and programming.
