Vasilii Galushka，俄罗斯资深高校教师，拥有 15 年计算机科学、信息技术、通信技术与网络安全领域教学经验。持有信息系统与技术工程学位，获俄罗斯南方联邦大学技术科学博士学位，并完成信息安全专业再培训。曾在俄罗斯、白俄罗斯、中国多所高校任教。
教学与科研方向包含网络安全、计算机网络、通信技术、数字信号处理、程序设计、人工智能及信息系统。独立及合作发表学术与教学成果 50 余篇，含 3 部教学手册，其中 8 篇论文刊载于国际会议论文集。
Vasilii主讲机器学习与人工智能、网络安全、面向对象程序设计、数据库、Web 应用开发等课程。除理论教学外，他指导本科毕业论文、课程设计及学生科研项目，注重计算机与工程理论的工程实践落地。
2023 至 2026 年，Vasilii担任交换讲师，于洛阳师范学院物理与电子信息学院任教，承担白俄罗斯国立信息与无线电大学与洛阳师范学院通信工程专业合作办学项目专业课程教学。
Vasilii Galushka is an experienced university educator from Russia with 15 years of teaching experience in computer science, information technology, telecommunications, and cybersecurity. He holds an Engineering degree in Information Systems and Technologies and received his PhD degree in Technical Sciences from Southern Federal University (Russia). He has also completed professional retraining in Information Security. His academic experience includes teaching at universities in Russia, Belarus and China.
His professional and academic interests include cybersecurity, computer networks, telecommunications, digital signal processing, programming, artificial intelligence, and information systems. He is the author and co-author of more than 50 scientific and educational publications, including three teaching manuals, as well as 8 papers published in international conference proceedings.
Mr. Galushka teaches courses such as Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, Network Security, Object-Oriented Programming, Databases, and Web Application Development. In addition to teaching, he supervises undergraduate theses, course projects, and student research and development projects, with an emphasis on practical applications of computing and engineering concepts.
From 2023 to 2026, Mr. Galushka was an exchange lecturer teaching at Luoyang Normal University in the Department of Physics and Electronics, where he taught professional disciplines within the joint educational program in Communication Engineering major between the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics (BSUIR) and Luoyang Normal University (LYNU).
