王晓婷

王晓婷,女,博士/讲师,河南新乡人,研究方向为畜产品加工与品质保鲜、天然产物提取、分离纯化及构效关系研究。2022年2月至今于洛阳师范学院食品与药品学院任教,近年来在国内外知名刊物参与发表文章8余篇,其中SCI 6篇,申请国家发明专利1项。
