
Natalia Starzhinskaia,白俄罗斯副教授,资深高校教师,拥有 30 年计算机科学、信息技术、通信技术与网络安全领域教学经验。2003 年以优异成绩毕业于新罗西斯克国立海事学院,专业方向为运输无线电设备技术运维;2006 年完成题为《通信系统、网络与设备》的技术科学副博士学位论文答辩,获技术科学副博士学位;2010 年获评副教授职称。
研究方向包括无线电电子系统可靠性与技术运维、通信系统、信息系统及数字技术。迄今为止,她已在 Web of Science、Scopus 等知名检索收录期刊发表学术与教学研究成果 60 余项,其中含 7 部教学手册。
教学方面,主讲无线电通信、通信技术、信息技术及网络安全相关专业课程,指导本科毕业设计与硕士学位论文,并持续参加数字技术与网络安全领域专业进修。
2026 年,Natalia在白俄罗斯国立信息与无线电大学与洛阳师范学院通信工程专业合作办学项目中,承担《数据库》《通信理论基础》课程教学工作。
Natalia Starzhinskaia is an Associate Professor, an experienced university educator from Belarus with 30 years of teaching experience in computer science, information technology, telecommunications, and cybersecurity. She graduated with honors from Novorossiysk State Maritime Academy in 2003, majoring in Technical Operation of Transport Radio Equipment, and defended her Candidate of Technical Sciences dissertation in 2006 in the specialty "Telecommunication Systems, Networks and Devices," receiving the academic degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences. In 2010, she was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor.
Dr. Starzhinskaia's research interests encompass the reliability and technical operation of radio-electronic systems, communication and telecommunication systems, as well as information systems and digital technologies. To date, she has published more than 60 scientific and educational-methodological works, including 7 teaching manuals, in reputable journals, including those indexed in Web of Science and Scopus.
In the field of teaching, Dr. Natalia Starzhinskaia delivers specialized disciplines related to radio communication, telecommunications, information technologies, and cybersecurity. She supervises graduation qualification works and master's dissertations, and regularly undergoes professional development in the fields of digital technologies and cybersecurity.
In 2026, Dr. Natalia Starzhinskaia taught the courses "Databases" and "Theoretical Foundations of Telecommunications" within the joint educational program in Communication Engineering major between the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics (BSUIR) and Luoyang Normal University (LYNU).
