Halina Pukhir，白俄罗斯国立信息与无线电大学信息安全学院信息安全系高级讲师。2009 年毕业于白俄罗斯国立信息与无线电大学，专业方向为信息防护方法与系统及信息安全，获技术科学硕士学位，拥有研究员职称。她自 2009 年起在校任教，2018 年 9 月起担任信息安全系高级讲师。
承担多门课程教学工作，可使用俄语、英语双语授课，课程包括：信息安全许可管理、信息处理功能设备、信息通信设施供电、专用操作系统、企业网络流量过滤、网络资源防护、信息系统信息安全、信息安全基础、知识产权管理基础。
2023 至 2025 年，Halina在白俄罗斯国立信息与无线电大学与洛阳师范学院通信工程专业合作办学项目中承担专业课程教学。
曾编写 2 部教学手册，开发 5 项数字化教学资源；独立及合作发表学术论文 100 余篇，其中 20 篇刊载于国内外同行评审期刊。
教学与科研方向：信息安全、知识产权管理、电磁屏蔽复合材料、雷达吸波涂层及纳米技术；研究重点为基于复合材料的电磁屏蔽体设计。
曾获 2011 年国际无线电科学联盟大会青年科学家奖，以及白俄罗斯共和国教育部荣誉证书（2026 年）。
Halina Pukhir is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Information Security, Faculty of Information Security, at the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics (BSUIR). She holds a Master of Science in Technical Sciences and the title of Researcher, having graduated from BSUIR in 2009 with a specialization in Methods and Systems of Information Protection and Information Security.
She has been teaching at the university since 2009 and has served as a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Information Security since September 2018.
Her teaching portfolio includes a wide range of academic disciplines delivered in both Russian and English, such as Licensing in Information Security, Functional Information Processing Devices, Power Supply for Infocommunication Facilities, Special-Purpose Operating Systems, Traffic Filtering in Corporate Networks, Web Resource Protection, Information Security in Information Systems, Fundamentals of Information Security, and Fundamentals of Intellectual Property Management.
From 2023 to 2025, Ms. Pukhir taught professional disciplines within the joint educational program in Communication Engineering major between the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics (BSUIR) and Luoyang Normal University.
Ms. Pukhir has developed 2 teaching manuals and 5 electronic educational resources. She has authored or co-authored more than 100 scientific papers, including 20 articles in domestic and international peer-reviewed journals.
Her professional and research interests include information security, intellectual property management, development of composite materials for electromagnetic shielding, radar-absorbing coatings, and nanotechnology. Her research focuses on the design of electromagnetic screens based on composite materials.
Ms. Pukhir is a recipient of the 2011 URSI GAAS Young Scientists Award (2011), and the Certificate of Honor of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus (2026).
